Why Cosmic Pyjamas exists

Jenna Lamberg started coach training because she needed it herself. She was between chapters. Everything looked fine on the outside, but something inside was shifting. She kept trying to think her way through it, but it just wouldn't work.

She learned, slowly, that clarity does not come from analyzing more. It comes from listening.

But listening turned out to be bigger than she expected. It meant listening to her thoughts, yes. And to her feelings. And then to her body. And then, eventually, to the seasons.

She started paying attention to what the natural world was doing. The long light of Finnish summer and what it asked of her. The turn toward autumn and what it invited her to put down. She found small practices, rituals that were nothing dramatic, that helped her be present to her own life instead of just managing it.

That understanding is the foundation of Cosmic Pyjamas.

Today, Jenna works with women who recognize that same feeling: the quiet sense that something is shifting, even when nothing has officially changed. Her coaching is holistic, meaning it considers the whole person: thoughts, feelings, the body, and that quieter knowing we call intuition. And for some of the women she works with, it also means finding their way back through nature, through ritual, through the particular rhythm of the season.

She holds a certification from the Life Coach Academy Finland (LCAF) and a Master of Social Sciences from the University of Southern Denmark. Before coaching, she spent seven years in talent acquisition and employer branding at European startups and scaleups. That experience, sitting with people in the most uncertain moments of their professional lives, shaped how she understands the gap between the outer picture and the inner one.

She coaches in Finnish and English, online and in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

Who this work is for

This is a space for women who are self-aware but have stopped trusting their own knowing.

Women who have done the reading, talked to the therapist, tried the approaches, and still feel like something is not quite landing.

Women who feel the pull of the seasons and do not quite know what to do with that yet.

The women who find their way here are usually functioning well. Thoughtful, capable, curious. And underneath all of that, there is a pull toward something they cannot quite name yet.

Some come because they are in a transition: a career change, a relationship shift, a chapter ending. Some come because they have been feeling the pull of ritual or nature and want to understand what that means for them. Often these are the same woman at different points in her own life.

If any of that sounds familiar, you are in the right place.

What this space stands for

Honesty over polish.

I will not tell you what you want to hear. I will sit with you in what is actually true, and I trust that is more useful than comfort.

Slowness is allowed.

Everything in this space moves at your pace. There is no rush, no program to keep up with, no moment when you are behind.

The body knows things the mind does not.

The work here takes that seriously. So do the seasons.

You are not broken.

Nothing needs to be wrong for you to come here. You are not a project. You are a person who is between chapters, and that is a valid, real, and human place to be.

How I live this work

I teach what I practice.

On an ordinary week, that looks like this: I pay attention to the moon. I walk in the forest and notice what is different from last week. I keep a small ritual at the turn of each season, something quiet and mine, that helps me put down what no longer belongs to the next part of the year.

I am Finnish, and something about this land shapes how I understand the relationship between people and the natural world. There is a way of knowing here that is old, not very loud, and does not ask you to perform it. I find that useful.

None of this requires you to call yourself anything or believe anything specific. It is just the practice of paying attention to the world you are already living in.

Working with me

The women I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to go a little deeper. They are not looking for someone to tell them what to do. They are looking for a space where they can hear themselves clearly enough to figure it out on their own.

My job is not to have the answers. It is about asking the right questions at the right moment, creating enough space for something honest to arrive, and trusting that you already know more than you think you do.

If any of this sounds like what you have been looking for, I would genuinely love to talk.
